1. Tensile center

In the center of the cable, according to the number of cores and the space where each core crosses the area, as far as possible, there is a real center line filled (rather than the garbage made with some filler or waste plastic as usual Core filling) This method can effectively protect the stranded structure and prevent the stranded wire from escaping to the center area of ​​the cable.

2. Conductor structure

The most flexible conductor should be selected for the cable. Generally speaking, the thinner the conductor, the better the flexibility of the cable. A series of long-term experiments provide the best combination of diameter, length and pitch of the single conductor, which has the best tensile capacity.

3. Core insulation

The insulation materials in the cable must not stick to each other. And the insulation layer also needs to support a single strand of wire per share. Therefore, only the high-pressure molded PVC or TPE material can be used in the millions of meters of cable in the application process to confirm his reliability.

4. Stranded wire

Stranded wire structure must be wound around a stable tensile center with the best intersecting pitch. However, due to the application of insulating materials, the twisted wire structure should be designed according to the movement state, starting from 12 core wires, so it should be bundled and twisted.

5. Inner sheath

The inner jacket of the armour-type extrusion molding replaces the cheap wool material, filler or accessory filler. This method can ensure that the twisted wire structure is not scattered.

6. Shield

Weave the shield layer tightly outside the inner sheath with an optimized braid angle. Loose braided tape will reduce EMC protection and the shield layer will soon fail due to shield breakage. The tightly braided shield layer also has a torsional resistance.

7. Outer sheath

Outer sheaths made of different improved materials have different functions, those with UV resistance, those with low temperature resistance, those with oil resistance, and those with optimized cost. But all these outer sheaths have one thing in common, high abrasion resistance, and will not stick anything. The outer sheath must be highly flexible but must also have a support function, and of course it should be high pressure molded.
